Shipping Methods

A. Electric bikes FREE SHIPPING (excluding remote areas) to Australia will ship from the warehouse located at Victoria. Estimate delivery time 5-7 days.

B. Accessories & Batteries ship by Australia Post/FASTWAY. Estimate delivery time 5-9 days.

Shipping Fees

Accessories (excluding Trailers):
  •    The order amount is more than 100 AUD,  FREE SHIPPING;
  •    The order amount is less than 100 AUD,  +15 AUD as a shipping fee.
E-bikes & Trailers:
  • For Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Queensland: FREE SHIPPING;
  • For Northern Territory, Western Australia, Tasmania:
    +200AUD per e-bike, excepting:
    a, +100AUD per kids ebike or trailer,
    b, +500AUD per trike ebike.

Note:

If the item you purchased is out of stock at our local or nearby warehouses, it will be shipped directly from our international warehouse. In such cases, tracking updates via Australia Post may not be available until the package arrives in Australia and clears customs.
