Free shipping within Australia

ZoomVolt covers the shipping cost for orders delivered within our existing Australian service area. There is no minimum order amount or coupon requirement. This applies to e-bikes, e-trikes, kids’ bikes, trailers, accessories and batteries.

For remote areas or addresses with limited delivery access, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm that delivery is available for your product and postcode. Free shipping does not guarantee that every address can be serviced. We do not offer international customer delivery.

Processing and delivery

In-stock orders generally take 1–3 business days to process. Estimated delivery is 5–7 days for bikes and 5–9 days for accessories and batteries after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

EUNORAU supply and dispatch currently use Victoria. Please confirm product availability and the expected dispatch date before ordering, particularly for pre-orders or items awaiting stock. We will confirm any different delivery estimate before dispatch.
